| Term: 50% deposit is
required on all new accounts; balance is C.O.D. Cash
or approved company checks. Net term is available
with approved credit. Past due accounts will be charged
1.5% interest per month and may cause orders to be
shipped C.O.D. Cash until account is current. Each
returned check is subject to $20.00 service fee.
Price: All prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are F.O.B.
Walnut, CA. Freight charge is based on the actual
weight of goods. Title of goods passes to the
buyer at the F.O.B. point. All claims must be
made against the carrier.
Split
Shipment: A split ship/ drop ship charge of $5.00 applies. Applicable freight charges apply.
Cancellations/Change: Any
cost incurred prior to the change or cancellation
of an order will be invoiced to the customer. Additions
to the original order can not be accepted once
the order has been processed by the factory. It
will be processed as a new order.
Overrun or
Underrun: As it
is not always possible to produce the exact quantity
ordered. It is understood that an overrun or
underrun of not more than 5%, to be billed pro
rata, is acceptable as fulfillment of the order. |
Patents and Copyright: Liability for infringement of designs made per customer’s
art is assumed by the customer. Customer needs to
provide the proof of right to use such designs when
questioned by a third party.
Colors/Dye Lots: Variations in shading are natural characteristics in all fabrics
and threads when purchased as separates. Perfect
color continuity across styles and orders can
not be guaranteed. No adjustments or claim will
be processed regarding these variances.
Washing: All embroidered goods should be washed separately with a mild
laundering detergent only. Never use bleach, do
not soak in water or wring out. Iron on the reverse
side. NO consequential damage is responsible, since
no thread or material colors are 100% color fast
under all washing conditions.
Claim: All claims for shortages, damages or wrong imprint, etc. must
be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order.
No return will be accepted without authorization.
