2. Unit price includes up to 9 thread colors.
3. Add $0.12 each color for after 9.
4. Metallic thread: add 10%-25% for each metallic color. Neon thread: add 10% for neon color.
5. Plastic or vinyl backing: add $0.02 (A) per linear inch. Pressure-sensitive backing: add $0.08 (A) per linear inch. Heat-seal backing: add $0.04 (A) per linear inch up to 3 1/2", add $0.18 (A) for 4”, $0.24 (A) for 4 1/2", $0.30 (A) for 5”.
6. Special Merrow border: add $0.30 (A) to $0.60 (A) depending on shape. Wax border: add $0.04 (A) per linear inch.
7. Felt background: add 5%
8. Pre-production sample fee (G):
   $65.00 for size up to 3-1/2"
   $100.00 for size over 3-1/2" & up to 5"
   80% of the sample fee will be refunded when the actual order is placed without any change & allow 3 weeks for the sample.
