ORDERING INFORMATION
 
Order Submission
Type or print orders legibly and with accuracy and email or fax. For new orders please provide accurate artwork and production details. Telephone orders are not accepted.
 
Acknowledgements
All orders will be confirmed via email within 1 business day and Order Acknowledgements emailed the following week that the order is placed. If you have not received an acknowledgement please contact us immediately as your order has not been received nor processed.
 
Artwork
Clear vector artwork preferred.
Formats accepted include JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS

 
SHIPPING
 

Shipping Method
All Evergreen Emblem products are FOB Chino, California. A street address must be provided since the carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
 
Split Shipments
A split ship / drop ship charge of $5.00 (X) applies. Applicable freight charges apply.
 
Freight Charges and Claims
Title transfers to the recipient when product is placed in the hands of a recognized common carrier. Any freight claims must be noted on the bill of lading and placed with the appropriate carrier. All freight charges from California to the recipient's dock are the sole responsibility of the ordering party. Freight insurance is added to protect from potential loss.

 
MISCELLANEOUS
 
Trademarks
When art directions include a corporate logo, slogan, school insignia, or any other protected/owned image, Evergreen Emblem will not be held responsible for its application. In every instance it shall be assumed on the basis of submission, that authority resides with the party(s) submitting the order.
 
Returns and Adjustments
Any returns or adjustments need to be reported to Evergreen Emblem within 20 days of receipt. No merchandise will be accepted for return without our authorization.
 
Payment of Accounts
For new accounts pre-payment is required.
 
Right to Use
Evergreen Emblem retains the right to use any products produced for display and as example of manufacturing processes and skills. The products used are not intended to be resold and the identity of the person or company will not be disclosed.
 
Changes/Cancellations

The sample fee will be charged for orders cancelled before the order is produced. For changes after the order is placed a fee will be applied based on the time of your request and the nature of the change.
 
Customer Samples:
For a close match please mail us a physical sample. A fee of $25(X) will be applied. This is the freight cost for sending the sample to our factory in China for matching.

Overruns:
All orders are subject to a 5% overrun and the exact quantity will be determined at the time the shipment arrives. If you do not want overruns please indicate this on your PO when placing your order.
